Counseling House provides psychosocial therapy, counseling and related services. Services are tailored to the individual client and do not guarantee a particular therapeutic outcome.

Appointments
Appointment duration, online/in-person arrangements and lateness.

Fees and Payment
Your current session price, payment timing, invoicing and any differences between service types.

Cancellation Policy
For example, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged. We should finalize the exact wording against your booking and consumer-law setup before publication.

Client Responsibilities
Clients provide relevant and accurate information and participate in the therapeutic process to the extent reasonably possible.

Confidentiality
Information shared during therapy is treated confidentially, subject to applicable professional and legal exceptions.

Scope and Referrals
Where a client's needs fall outside a therapist's competence or the scope of Counseling House, appropriate referral or additional professional support may be recommended.

Emergencies
Counseling House is not an emergency or crisis service.

Ending Therapy
Both the client and therapist may discuss ending or changing the therapeutic relationship when appropriate.
